This Historic Place Category 2 building with a beautifully restored Art Deco exterior had a major internal refurbishment, including a substantial seismic upgrade to remove the existing non load bearing masonry walls.

The new modern internal fit-out reflects the Art Deco lines of the exterior and creates an airy and light plan with a mix of open and private offices to reflect the clients needs.
